At Dlixanarquibl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your emotional intelligence training experience. This policy outlines our cancellation, return, and refund procedures for our programs, workshops, and group discussion sessions.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Our services are supplied in New Zealand and your rights may be affected by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Where the CGA applies, you have statutory guarantees (for example, that services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill). Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under the CGA where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by New Zealand law. Where you are a "consumer" under the CGA, our policy operates in addition to your CGA rights.

General Legal Requirements

This policy is governed by the laws of New Zealand. It does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand legislation. Where there is a conflict between this policy and mandatory law, the law prevails.

Return Period

Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to the program start date:

For multi-week programs, a first-session trial may allow a full refund minus the cost of the first session if you withdraw after attending it (see Order and Program Cancellation Policy below).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund you must:

Refunds are not available for no-shows, for individual sessions missed within a multi-week program, or for digital materials once access has been granted (see Non-returnable Items).

Cost of Return Delivery

Our offerings are services (programs, workshops, and group sessions). There is no physical return or return shipping. Cancellation and refund terms in this policy apply. If we supply any physical goods in the future, return delivery costs will be stated at the time of supply; where goods are faulty or do not comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will cover the cost of return where required by law.

Return Process

  1. Contact us as soon as you decide to cancel (email or phone using the details in Contact Information).
  2. Provide your full name, the program name, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation.
  3. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and advise whether a refund applies under this policy.
  4. If approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Order and Program Cancellation Policy

Full Refund Period

If you cancel your enrollment in an emotional intelligence training program more than 14 days before the program start date, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

Partial Refund Period

If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the program start date, you will receive a refund of 50 percent of the program fee to account for administrative costs and reserved space.

No Refund Period

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date are not eligible for refunds, as we have committed resources and limited other participants from enrolling in your place.

First Session Trial

We understand that group dynamics and training approaches may not suit everyone. If after attending the first session of a multi-week program you feel it is not the right fit, you may withdraw and receive a full refund minus the cost of the first session you attended.

Program Cancellation by Dlixanarquibl

Occasionally, we may need to cancel or reschedule a program due to insufficient enrollment, facilitator availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled participants will receive one of the following options:

Individual Session Cancellations

If you need to miss an individual session within a multi-week program, no refund will be provided for that single session. However, we encourage you to connect with the facilitator or other participants to catch up on missed content when possible.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected life events can occur. If you experience serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances that prevent program participation, please contact us directly. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution, which may include program credit, transfer to a future session, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Non-returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Refund Procedure

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned using the original payment method. It may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund. We will notify you when the refund has been initiated.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your enrollment or request a refund, contact us as soon as possible using the details in Contact Information below. Please include your full name, the program name, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 2 business days to confirm receipt and process your request.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a program without prior cancellation notice, no refund will be provided. We encourage open communication if circumstances prevent your participation.

Program Materials

Digital materials provided as part of your emotional intelligence training program are for your personal use only and are not eligible for return or refund after access has been granted.
